Training

Personal Training programs are designed to meet an individual’s needs. To start out we meet with you for a free consultation to better understand your current condition, and your training and fitness goals. This forms the basis for your personalized training program, which typically consists of a series of 75 minute training sessions. Each training starts with a 15 minute stretch, followed by a balanced workout routine, and a closing stretch. The training will leave you energized, feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments.

Rates for personal training will vary depending on how many sessions total purchased, the number of sessions per week, and the trainer. All of our trainers are nationally certified and highly qualified but some trainers have more years experience, specialized training, and advanced certifications and therefore may charge a higher rate.
